Welcome to EnZinc
EnZinc's mission is to develop safe, portable energy storage solutions that decrease carbon emissions and support the United State's energy independence goal.
For our first project, EnZinc is building a dramatically better battery. Our zinc-air battery uses a patented three-dimensional nanotechnology structure that significantly increases surface area and allows it to act as a supercapacitor. The technology was developed by our teammates at two leading research laboratories. The results are impressive: it is 2 to 3 times the energy at half the cost of lithium-based batteries, and completely safe.

- Powerful - with a high power to weight ratio, our battery can lighten your load without shortening the lifespan of the battery
- Safe - without the volatility of some batteries that can explode when punctured or overheated, our battery is safer for users, whether they are military personnel or medical patients
- Recyclable - at the end of its useable life, its non-toxic byproducts can be recycled or reused
- American-made - based on metals mined in America, our battery supports the move to energy independence
- American-developed - we have teamed with experts at one of the nation's leading nanotechnology teams and have exclusive rights to their proprietary technology
